Our social media pages are manned every working day between 8.30am and 4.00pm. At the moment, we’re unable to check messages at the weekend and on bank holidays, but we’ll respond to you as soon as we can.
Any complaints you make on our social media sites will be forwarded to the best person to deal with the issue. Due to the personal and confidential nature of such issues, we won’t be able to resolve these in public, but will happily try to help in a private message. We would really appreciate it if, once we have dealt with your complaint to your satisfaction, you pop a note on the relevant site to let others know how we did in resolving your issue.
