London Borough of Redbridge Community Equipment Service
What service we provide
The service is provided to people of all ages in the community setting, including residential homes and nursing homes. We cover the Redbridge and Havering boundary for those with health or social care needs, or for those with health needs who reside outside of these boundaries, but who are registered with an NHS Redbridge or Havering GP.
The service includes delivery and installation, servicing and maintenance, and collection of equipment that has been ordered by a prescriber, GP, nurse, therapist or a social services provider. We also make adaptations to people’s homes.
We are also able to receive personal callers who can view and purchase equipment from our retail suite based at the service centre.
