We are one of the UK’s leading wheelchair service providers and are currently helping over 120,000 wheelchair users to live more independent lives. We provide a full repair and maintenance service for your wheelchairs and, in many locations, our own team of therapists will carry out your assessment.
We maintain exceptionally high levels of customer satisfaction and with 96% of our customer surveys rating our service as good/excellent, so, you can be sure that you are in safe hands.
Fast and convenient
Following your assessment, if you need a new wheelchair, our innovative model means that, in many cases, you can leave our service centre, with a wheelchair that is fully customised to your needs, on the same day of your assessment.
If you need a repair, our friendly customer service team is on hand to take your call and will carefully listen to you to understand and diagnose what is needed to get your wheelchair back in top condition again in the quickest time possible.
Calls for emergency repairs are answered 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, and our duty engineer will head out to you immediately, carrying a full range of spare parts and tools to provide a first-time fix.
On the rare occasion we can’t repair your chair, we’ll leave you with a temporary one while we repair yours in our workshop. This ensures we are able to get your chair, and you, back up and running quickly and minimise your inconvenience.
We understand that sometimes you may wish to speak to a member of our team face-to-face, so if you prefer, you can simply drop into your local service centre. We recommend that you call us in advance, so that we can make sure the most appropriate member of the team will be available to discuss your needs, arrange a repair or answer any questions or concerns you may have.
If our wheelchair services frequently asked questions do not answer your questions, please get in touch. We are always here to help and there are many ways you can contact us to provide us with your valued feedback or to ask any questions that you may have.
